## A referral program for the people clubs already trust

Coaches, gym owners, martial arts creators and consultants know which academies still run on spreadsheets and group chats. The MatSync referral program pays you for introducing them: when a club you referred pays for the Grow plan, you earn 50% of each payment for six months.

Applying takes an email address. External partners do not need a MatSync account, a member profile or a club.

## How the referral program works

- Apply on the referral page. A person reviews each application and emails approved partners a personal link.
- Your link counts clicks and remembers the visit for 60 days. If someone clicks several partner links, the last one counts until a club signs up.
- The referred owner signs up and completes club setup in the same browser. The club is then credited to you; the first recorded referral wins.
- You earn 50% of the club’s eligible Grow payments for six months, starting with its first paid Grow payment.
- Commissions and payouts are tracked and paid by the MatSync team.

## What one referral is worth

At the Grow list price of $39 a month, one referred club earns you about $117 over six months. Ten clubs add up to about $1,170. The calculator on the referral page does the maths for you; commission is based on payments actually received, excluding taxes, refunds and chargebacks.

### Do I need a MatSync account to join the referral program?

No. External partners apply with an email address only. Existing club owners can also use Refer & earn inside MatSync without applying.

### How much commission do I earn?

50% of each eligible Grow payment the referred club makes, for six months from its first paid Grow payment.

### How long does a referral link stay valid?

A click is remembered for 60 days in the visitor’s browser. The referred owner needs to sign up and finish club setup in that browser for the club to be credited.

### Can I refer my own club?

No. Self-referrals are not credited.
