MatSync product updates: September 2026
Manual plan labels, editable manual payments, photo zoom, clearer staff role rules and a refreshed dashboard: the smaller improvements from September 2026.

Members and billing
- Plans a staff member assigned by hand are labelled Manually assigned in the member’s plans, so you can tell them apart from plans members bought themselves.
- Manual payments can be edited from the member drawer: fix the amount, method, description or date.
- Hover a member’s photo in the drawer to zoom in.
- Drawer menus open faster.
- Club country and club phone prefix are stored separately, so a club’s location is never guessed from its phone number.
Staff and access
- Nobody can change their own role.
- Owners can assign admin, instructor and member roles to others; admins can manage members and instructors.
- These rules are enforced in the database, not only in the interface.
Dashboard polish
- Home, Members, Discounts and Settings share a refreshed layout, and every Settings tab follows the Club info layout.
- Class dialogs and plan pricing work better on tablets.
- Browser auto-translation no longer breaks dashboard screens.
