When an owner opens your link and completes their new club’s web setup in the same browser within 60 days, the club is credited to you automatically.

Program rules
Clear terms, written plainly.
- You earn 50% of the Grow plan fees a referred club actually pays MatSync during the six months after its first paid Grow payment. Taxes, payment fees, refunds and chargebacks are excluded.
- For a yearly Grow payment, commission is calculated on the six-month share of that payment.
- A club is credited to you when its owner opens your link and completes the new club’s web setup in the same browser within 60 days. If several partner links are used before setup is complete, the last one opened counts.
- Clubs on the free plan earn no commission until they pay for Grow.
- You cannot refer yourself, a club you own or staff, or an existing MatSync club. Brand-keyword ads, spam and misleading claims are not allowed.
- Commissions are confirmed after a 30-day refund window and paid out monthly by bank transfer or PayPal. You are responsible for any taxes on your earnings.
- MatSync may review or void referrals that break these rules and may change or end the program with notice. Commission already earned is always honored.
Questions
- Do I need to be a MatSync customer?
- No. Club owners, coaches, creators and consultants can all apply without a MatSync account. After approval, we email you your referral link and contact you about commissions and payouts.
- What does the club I refer get?
- The same MatSync every club gets: a permanent free plan for up to 30 students, and Grow for unlimited students when they need it.
- What if the club starts on the free plan?
- The referral stays credited to you. Your six months start when the club makes its first Grow payment.
- How is a referral tracked?
- Your link stores your partner code in a first-party cookie for 60 days. The owner must complete their new club’s web setup in the same browser. Switching devices or clearing the cookie loses the link. We do not store visitors’ IP addresses.
- When do I get paid?
- Commissions are confirmed after a 30-day refund window. We pay confirmed commissions monthly and contact you to set up your payout details.
