Members download the app and set a password. Payment mandates held by MatGoat have to be re-authorised by each member, because payment details cannot legally be transferred between providers.

That depends on your size and your card volume. Under 30 students, MatSync is free, while MatGoat starts at $40/month, or $60/month if you want to take student payments through it. For unlimited students, MatSync Grow is $39/month and MatGoat Professional is $60/month. MatSync adds a 0.5% app fee on online payments, while MatGoat states it adds no percentage fee. Above roughly $4,200 a month in card payments, MatGoat’s flat price works out cheaper.
02Does MatGoat have a free plan?+
MatGoat’s pricing page does not list a free plan. It offers a 30-day free trial, after which plans cost $40/month for up to 50 students without student payments, or $60/month for unlimited students with payments. 03Which one has kiosk check-in?+
