How to set up family and new-member discounts

Set your own family tiers and welcome discount, as a percentage or fixed amount. MatSync finds families and applies the best discount at checkout.

Step by step

  1. Open Discounts

    You see the welcome and family discount groups and can create custom groups.

  2. Set your family tiers

    Edit the family group and choose your own percentages for the second member and for the third member and onward.

  3. Set your welcome discount

    Choose a percentage or fixed amount for members who joined in the last 30 days and have no previous plan.

  4. Keep the rules active

    MatSync applies the single best discount a member is eligible for when they pay.
