How to mark inactive members automatically

Choose a period from 30 to 365 days and MatSync marks members without a plan or class as inactive, and reactivates them when they return.

Step by step

  1. Open Settings › Student Access

    Find Automatically mark inactive at the bottom of Student access.

  2. Choose the period

    Pick 30, 60, 90, 120, 180 or 365 days. MatSync shows how many members would be marked inactive.

  3. Turn it on

    Matching members are marked inactive straight away and checked again every night. Booking a class or getting a plan reactivates them.
