Make promotions a moment
Students remember the day they got their belt. A printed certificate handed over in front of the class – and a photo shared with permission – turns a promotion into a story that keeps students and their families committed.

Frequently asked questions
Is the certificate maker free?
Yes, with no sign-up or watermark. A small “made with MatSync” credit can be switched off.
Which disciplines does it work for?
Any. Type the discipline and rank yourself – BJJ belts and stripes, judo kyu and dan, karate, taekwondo geup and poom, kickboxing grades and more.
What paper should I print on?
A 200–300 g/m² matte or textured card in A4 or Letter landscape gives a premium result on most home and office printers.
Can I record promotions digitally too?
MatSync keeps each student’s rank history, time in grade and promotion dates, so you always know who is ready for the next belt.
Run the academy, not the spreadsheet.
MatSync handles schedules, bookings, attendance, belt progress and payments in one place, with a member app for iOS and Android.
