Before you switch

Start for Free
Belts are optional. Set up your own skill levels, such as Novice to Elite, with the minimum practices and months for each, or skip progression entirely and use MatSync for practices, bookings and payments only.
Make live wrestling clearance one of your levels, then see every wrestler’s level on the practice roster. The progress list shows who is ready for the next review and who has not been in the room since the last one.
Kids get their own track with their own minimums. Their history stays on the record when they move up to the adult levels.
Mark wrestlers as competitors with the name and date of their next tournament, give the team its own membership and practices, and see the competitor marker on every roster.
Set a practice’s group to Women and it shows as a women’s practice on the schedule, with its own time, coach and capacity.
Give conditioning members their own membership and simply never review them. They book wrestling conditioning like any practice, and their attendance still counts if they start wrestling later.
A membership can allow a set number of group practices per Monday-to-Sunday week, from 1 to 14. Once a wrestler reaches the limit, further bookings that week need a practice pass.
Owners and admins record medical notes on a member’s profile, such as a skin condition to check before live goes. Coaches see a medical flag on the roster and can open the details, while the notes stay out of member lists.
A tablet at the front desk runs the MatSync check-in kiosk: wrestlers scan their code as they arrive and the check-in lands in the practice attendance. The coach can also take roll on the roster.
With a family account, one parent login covers several children. Parents book practices, follow each child’s levels and pay, and family discounts apply automatically to eligible memberships.
Members buy their membership in the app. Online payments go through Stripe at Stripe’s standard fees plus a 0.5% MatSync app fee. Cash, checks and bank transfers you record by hand have no transaction fee.
MatSync is free for up to 30 members, with every feature included, the member app and no credit card required. When the club grows past 30 members, the Grow plan is $39 per month, or $35 per month billed yearly.

Early-morning conditioning sits on the same schedule as the wrestling practices, on its own three-a-week membership. Those members book and pay like everyone else, with no live goes in sight.
Competitor markers with the next tournament and its date, a team membership and hard practices that only the team books, apart from the all-levels room.
