Kickboxing gym software that knocks the paperwork out.
Cardio kickboxing, kids classes, belts and the fight team, with memberships and payments in one place. Members book from their phones, and you know who is ready for the next grading.
From the 6:30 cardio class to Saturday open sparring, every belt, booking and payment works from the same member records.
Cardio, kids and the fight team on one timetable
Cardio kickboxing, Little Kickers, juniors, fundamentals, all levels, women’s, pads and fight team sparring. Each class has its own age range, level and capacity, so a beginner never lands in fight team rounds.
Your belt ladder from white to black, with minimum classes and months at each belt and up to three tags on kids belts. Members who only come for cardio never have to grade.
Unlimited, two-a-week fundamentals and cardio, the fight team, Little Kickers, juniors, annual memberships and 10-class passes. Card payments through Stripe, cash and transfers recorded by hand, revenue month by month.
Kids work through their own belts with tags in between and their own minimums. Every grading is saved with its date, coach and note, including belts imported from your old records.
Black belts, cardio regulars, kids and fighters, with their plan and attendance. Medical flags and fight team markers show on every roster, and parents manage each child from one login.
The best kickboxing gym software handles cardio members who never grade next to belt students, kids and fighters, and is priced so a 40-member gym does not pay like a 400-member chain. It should let members book and check in from their phones, count every class towards the next belt, and take card payments without locking you into its own processor.

Before you switch
The answer is yes.
Questions gym owners and head coaches ask us before they switch. Every answer below is something MatSync does today.
Set up your belts from white to black with the minimum classes and months for each. MatSync counts every class, shows who is ready for the next grading, and keeps every promotion on the member’s record.
Can kids get tags between belts?Yes
Kids get their own belt track with up to three tags on each belt and their own minimums. Their history stays on the record when they move up to the adult belts.
Can cardio members train without grading?Yes
Grading is up to you: give fitness members a cardio membership and simply never promote them. They book cardio kickboxing like any class, and their attendance still counts if they decide to start grading later.
Can I plan the next grading?Yes
Record the new belt with the grading date and MatSync adds it from that day, with your note. The progress list shows who is ready, who is almost there and who has not trained since their last belt.
Can I limit fundamentals or cardio members to two classes a week?Yes
A membership can allow a set number of group classes per Monday-to-Sunday week, from 1 to 14. Once a member reaches the limit, further bookings that week need a class pass.
Can I run a fight team?Yes
Mark members as fighters with the name and date of their next show, give the team its own membership and sparring sessions, and see the fighter marker on every roster.
Can I run a women’s kickboxing class?Yes
Set a class’s group to Women and it shows as a women’s class on the timetable, with its own time, coach and capacity.
Can coaches see medical notes on the roster?Yes
Owners and admins record medical notes on a member’s profile. Coaches see a medical flag on the class roster and can open the details, while the notes stay out of member lists.
Can members check in at a front-desk tablet?Yes
A tablet at the front desk runs the MatSync check-in kiosk: members scan their code as they arrive and the check-in lands in the class attendance. The coach can also take roll on the roster.
Can parents manage several kids from one login?Yes
With a family account, one parent login covers several children. Parents book classes, follow each child’s belts and pay, and family discounts apply automatically to eligible memberships.
Can members pay by card and I still record cash?Yes
Members buy their membership in the app. Online payments go through Stripe at Stripe’s standard fees plus a 0.5% MatSync app fee. Cash and bank transfers you record by hand have no transaction fee.
Is there free kickboxing gym software?Yes
MatSync is free for up to 30 members, with every feature included, the member app and no credit card required. When the gym grows past 30 members, the Grow plan is $39 per month, or $35 per month billed yearly.

What a kickboxing gym needs from its software
A kickboxing gym is not a fitness studio with a class timetable, and not every member wants a belt. These are the jobs owners ask us about most, and how MatSync handles each one.
Grading day, based on real attendance
Minimum classes and months at each belt, counted from real attendance. Put the next grading on the calendar and see who is ready, who is close and who needs more pad rounds.
Little Kickers and tags on the belt
Five-to-eight-year-olds get Little Kickers and a two-a-week plan, juniors their belts with tags in between. One parent login books and pays for every child.
Cardio members who never grade
Cardio kickboxing sits on the same timetable as technical classes, on its own two-a-week membership. Fitness members book and pay like everyone else, with no belt in sight.
A fight team on the side
Fighter markers with the next show and date, a team membership and hard sparring sessions that only the team books, apart from the all levels class.
A bad knee or an inhaler in the kit bag shows as a flag on the roster for that class, so the coach knows before sparring, not after. Need a waiver for new members? Start from the free template.
Send us a spreadsheet or an export and we import members, plans and belts with their dates. Comparing costs first? Use the gym software cost calculator.
MatSync’s 0.5% app fee, plus Stripe’s standard processing fees, only applies to payments that go through Stripe. Manual payments have no transaction fees.
