What martial arts disciplines do you support?
We support all major martial arts disciplines including Boxing, Krav Maga, Kung Fu, Aikido, Mixed Martial Arts (MMA), Judo, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Karate, Wrestling, Muay Thai, and Kickboxing. You can also add custom disciplines specific to your club.
How do payments work?
You have two options: use Stripe for automated online payments (Cards, Apple/Google Pay) with transparent fees (Stripe 2.9% + 0.5% app fee), or record payments manually using your current payment method with no transaction fees at all. Members always know when their next payment is due.
Can I track attendance and belts/ranks?
Yes. Students can check in via the mobile app, and you see attendance instantly. The system automatically tracks time-in-grade and attendance requirements for belt promotions.
Do you handle class scheduling and capacity?
Yes. Create recurring classes with capacity limits and eligibility rules. Rosters update in real time.
Is there a student/parent mobile app?
Yes. Students (and parents) can book classes, see belt progress, pay invoices, and get push reminders. Family accounts let one parent manage multiple children.
Is my data protected?
Yes. Your club and student data is hosted in EU data centers with encryption in transit and at rest. We are fully GDPR compliant.
Can you migrate my data from my current system?
Yes — and it's fully handled by our team. We import members, memberships, attendance, and rank history from CSV or exports. We provide templates and walk you through the entire process so you can switch over with zero downtime.
What if I need a custom feature or belt system?
