Yes. Members can view available classes and book from the member app while staff control schedules and class capacity.
Can MatSync manage recurring Hapkido memberships?
Yes. Club staff can manage subscriptions and recurring payments alongside the member record, attendance and schedule.
What martial arts disciplines do you support?
We support all major martial arts disciplines including Boxing, Krav Maga, Kung Fu, Aikido, Mixed Martial Arts (MMA), Judo, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Karate, Wrestling, Muay Thai, Kickboxing, Taekwondo, and Hapkido. You can also add custom disciplines specific to your club.
How do payments and fees work in MatSync?
MatSync takes online payments through Stripe Connect, with cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay depending on country. Each Stripe payment carries Stripe's processing fee plus a 0.5% MatSync app fee. Clubs can also record cash, bank transfer or custom payments by hand with no MatSync app fee. Failed payments appear in the dashboard.
