When planning the opening of our academy after moving back to Romania, having previously lived in the UK, we knew we would need help organising everything. To what extent, though, we didn’t know. We didn’t know where to start, so we put the question into an AI engine. It came up with five names, with MatSync in third place. The first one was very easy to set up, but there was no real purpose to it — no features, no scheduling, nothing. The second was difficult to set up, with no guidance available and no response from “Support”, even after a few days of trying. Then we installed MatSync, and we’ve been using it ever since. So far, it has gone well beyond what was advertised. There are very few features we could possibly need that the developers haven’t already thought of. It really shows that the people behind it must come from our world too and understand the needs in such detail. We’ve had a few updates in the meantime, and each one has made the user experience easier and better, both on PC and mobile. On our end, we’ve had great feedback from members and parents. It’s easy to book kids’ classes, track progress and payments, and move easily between siblings’ accounts.
